My name is Andrew and I am a 57 year old Scot now living permanently in Spain. The passion I have to help others grow
and be even more successful is the driving force behind creating this website.

How It All Started

During my first career in Information Technology, with Hewlett Packard, we were encouraged to take an active role and
contribute to the local community. I was asked to build on the voluntary work I was already doing and help people, in both
the public and commercial sectors, achieve their goals.
I knew from an early age that I had a passion for helping others and, at this point in time, that passion was being
fulfilled...

I was a counsellor to people who were experiencing severe personal difficulties
While chairperson of the local PTA, within 2 years we raised the annual income from around 1500 dollars to over
20,000 dollars
Following our daughter's life threatening illness, my wife and I became members of the local Meningitis charity - I was
asked to develop the business plan and, over time, we were able to take the annual donations of a few thousand dollars into
millions. |
While I was happily managing my team and contributing to the local community, I was having dinner at what was to be my last
I.T. conference in Palo Alto, California when a colleague and fellow I.T. manager leaned over and spoke the words that would
change my life forever...
"You're not an IT Manager - you have more to offer."
This is when I decided that I wanted to help more people pursue their goals. This was a major decision given my
'comfortable' career. In order to help people, I set up my own company and provided workshops and seminars in planning,
problem solving, continuous improvement, personal development and life long learning. I really enjoyed working for myself.
After 20+ years of experience, I realized that I had a true passion to help and inspire others to accomplish their goals. And
this is when I decided that I wanted to become an Internet coach, so that I could help people from all over the world –
people who have a dream, a strong desire to work from home and want the freedom.

Some of the Challenges I faced…
Setting up an online business was not as easy as I thought. I had to learn a lot about Internet Marketing, get familiar with

My Family, My Inspiration

I have a number of mentors, offline and online, but I really don't have to look much further than my own family.
I am fortunate to have a very understanding and caring wife and two great kids… My wife, Rose, she has been very supportive.
She is a true inspiration in the way she can be so positive no matter what the challenges are.
My daughter, Alexandra, is now 17. Partially deaf as a result of Meningitis, she is so dedicated to achieving the best she can. I would also love to have half her social skills.
My son, Lewis, 14, loves sports, music and drama. He has such a self-confidence and self belief, I am constantly reminded on
how powerful that can be.

And my brother, Jack (in his 70's) suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and yet has the most wicked sense of humor and
spends most of his time helping others "less fortunate than himself".
For many years, we had a desire to live in Spain - we love the people, the language, the culture. In 1999, we had the
opportunity to move to the south coast near Marbella and have been residents ever since.
I consider myself to be very lucky in the lifestyle(s) I have had and in having great people who have inspired me and
always been there for me through good times and bad.
Do I have any regrets?
Just one, I love acting and the theater. There is not one live performance I have left without tears in my eyes. In the
late 1960's, I had the opportunity to study drama and I didn't take it. You guessed it, I've regretted that decision
ever since - over 40 years later. Maybe I wouldn't have made it but I should have tried.
If you have a dream, a desire, make it a strong one and allow yourself the chance to realize it. No Regrets!
